Gordon G. Oldham, IV was born and raised in Leesburg, Florida, a small town just outside Orlando. He is a fifth generation Floridian. Gordon attended Leesburg High School, attended the University of Florida where he received a bachelor of arts degree. While at the University of Florida, Gordon was a member the prestigious Florida Blue Key, elected to the Student Senate, and was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.

After college Gordon moved back home to Leesburg to manage his family’s chain of car dealerships and commercial real estate portfolio. While in the car business, Gordon grew company profits and expanded the family’s business into solar electric vehicles in the Villages, the largest master planned retirement community in the country. Despite great success in the business world, Gordon felt compelled to continue his education. In 2008, Gordon accepted a fellowship at the University of Central Florida College of Business where received an MBA.

After business school Gordon moved to St. Petersburg where he attended Stetson University College of Law. While there Gordon received the William Blews award for his pro bono work in the community. Gordon also served as a law clerk for the City of St. Petersburg and judicial intern for the Honorable Nick Nazaretian in the thirteen judicial circuit, Hillsborough County.

After graduation Gordon accepted a position with the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office, where he also interned during law school. During that time, Gordon litigated thousands of cases ranging from Misdemeanors to Attempted Murder, brought numerous trials to verdict, and was selected to be Lead Trial Attorney for a County Court divisions. He served in county, traffic, and felony courts and dealt with every aspect of criminal law, including all traffic related citations and crimes. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office Gordon accepted an associate position with the law firm of Banker Lopez Gassler, P.A. As an associate, Gordon handled all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, motions, and depositions on behalf of his clients, which included major insurance carriers.

After his tenure at Banker Lopez Gassler, Gordon decided to start his own law firm as trial lawyers. Gordon started this firm so that he could focus his sole attention on helping people. At the Oldham Law Group, we treat clients like family. We believe in continual contact with clients and personalized service to help our clients achieve the necessary results in their time of need. With this belief and the desire to help people Gordon believes he is best situated to help clients achieve the best outcomes with the least amount of stress, apprehension, and complications possible.
